We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

All watches and leather goods sold by Asetra are 100% authentic. We guarantee the authenticity of every product and provide appropriate documentation.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to display settings and photography conditions.

Pre-owned watches are accurately described regarding their condition. All known defects or imperfections are disclosed in the product description.

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment must be received in full before we ship your order. We accept various payment methods as outlined in our Payment Methods page.

For installment purchases, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the financing partner. Asetra is not responsible for declined financing applications.

An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Reservations can be made with a deposit and are held for 48 hours. If full payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit refunded minus any processing fees.

We ship to addresses in Indonesia and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.

We offer a 7-day return policy for unworn watches in original condition with all packaging and documentation. The watch must be returned exactly as received.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped back using a trackable and insured method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom orders, engraved items, and certain vintage pieces may be non-returnable. These restrictions will be clearly stated in the product description.

New watches come with the manufacturer's international warranty. Pre-owned watches include our warranty as specified in the product description.

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Water damage is not covered unless caused by a manufacturing defect.

All warranty service must be performed by authorized service centers. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Asetra or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asetra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. We are committed to finding amicable solutions.
